The crafty decorator in me doesn't always agree with the budget that comes along with living in the most expensive city in the world Santa Barbara. That said, when we moved into our apartment I was searching for cheap ways to spruce up the living room.
Since coffee is .a l w a y s. in my budget I put my coffee filters to use.
